Jānis is a financial economist at Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Norway. Dr. Bērziņš’ research interests are in the area of family firm business. His work examines interaction between owner household financial and owned firm financial issues, issues of succession, inheritance, and agency conflict including agency conflict among family members.
